Somerset International Children's Choral Festival
in historic Wells Cathedral
July 12 - 16, 2010
a choral festival for Treble Voices

Music Celebrations International is pleased to produce the third annual Somerset International Children's Choral Festival in Wells Cathedral, July 12 - 16, 2010. The rehearsals and festival performance will take place in Wells Cathedral, which has maintained a choral tradition virtually unbroken for over 800 years, and Sherborne Abbey.

The little city of Wells lies near Bath and Bristol in south-western England, and its cathedral is one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the country. Accommodation for the festival is in nearby university housing at the Sherborne School.

Children’s choirs will be selected and invited based upon recommendation and/or audition tape. The cathedral's size limits the number of voices to no more than 300 singers.
