America's 400th Anniversary

America's 400th Anniversary JamestownAmerica's 400th Anniversary In May 2007, America is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown, the first English settlement in North America. Music Celebrations is the event's Official National Partner that will assemble a chorus of 1607 singers and an accompanying orchestra of 400 musicians for this signature event.

Beijing International Choral Festival

Outstanding choirs are invited to participate in the Beijing International Choral Festival, with performances in Beijing and Tianjin China, and finale concerts in the renown Forbidden City Concert Hall and the Tianjin Zhong Hua Theatre. These concerts will be performed in conjunction with the China National Choir Directors Association.

Brahms Vienna International Choir Competition

Music Celebrations International is pleased to be associated with the Brahms Vienna International Choir Competition and recommends this experience combined with a superb Austrian or European concert tour.

Lucerne International Choral Festival

This festival will be a combined choir accompanied by full orchestra in the outstanding Kultur-und-Kongresszentrum Luzern. Switzerland will also be a great starting point for a longer European tour which could include extensions into other parts of Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Germany and France.

Wesley Choral Festival

Outstanding choirs from around the country are invited to New York City to participate in the 2007 Wesley Choral Festival at Avery Fisher Hall. This festival commemorates the Tercentenary of Charles Wesley's birth. Participating choirs will be able to enjoy many of the sights and activities of the Big Apple in between rehearsals and performances.
